Support When It Matters Most | Online Therapy in California
Whether you're navigating a major life transition with your partner or pushing through burnout on your own, you're exhausted from carrying so much alone. You're scared that you’re losing the parts of yourself that matter. You're worried about losing each other in the process of trying to hold everything together.
Therapy can help you stop hiding, start healing, and reconnect with the version of yourself (or your relationship) that you miss.

Narrative Couples Group for New and Expectant Parents
Most couples wait until things feel urgent before they ask for help. This group is for the ones who don't want to wait that long: new and expectant parents who can feel the distance starting and want to close it before it hardens.
This is a small, closed therapeutic group. Three couples. Eight sessions. A virtual space where you take turns being witnessed, and where the witnessing itself becomes part of the healing.
We draw from Hold Me Tight, Polysecure, and Why Won't You Apologize, and we use a format called a reflecting circle: one couple at the center, the others listening and reflecting back what they heard. It is one of the most quietly powerful things you can do in a relational healing space.
Sessions run weekly from May 16 through July 3, 2026. Cost is $65 per person per session. Spots are limited to three couples.
I'm Jasmine McMeeking, LMFT, REAT
I help people who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, and afraid they're getting it all wrong. My style is casual and unpolished—like talking to a supportive, caring friend who won't let you give up on yourself or your relationships. I take the work seriously, but I also believe there's healing in a space where you can breathe, stumble, laugh a little, and tell the truth.
You don't have to perform here. You get to be real.
