Individual
Psychotherapy

Your mind is racing. Your body feels like a stranger. Career decisions feel impossible because you've spent so long performing what others expected that you've lost track of what you actually want. Maybe you're recovering from trauma that shaped how you see yourself and the world. Or you're working hard to build a life that actually supports you instead of weighing you down, but you're not sure what that even looks like.

I work with folks living with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. I see these not as disorders to "fix", but as responses to life experiences that make perfect sense. However, now they're getting in the way of what you're trying to do and where you're trying to go. Here you'll practice showing up as yourself without the exhausting performance of having it all figured out. This work is about reconnecting with your authentic voice and building a life that actually supports who you're becoming.
